This is a fabulous apartment! Amazing location very close to the Metro at Plaza de Espana as well as walking to many exciting cultural sightseeing spots and extended parks!! Great grocery down the street to enjoy at your place. We highly recommend!!

Lovely area and great apartment
Great apartment in convenient and well served location. Clean and modern apartment. Really enjoyed the apartment for 4 persons with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and nice terrace.

We spent three nights at the property. Arrival was easy, communication was promptly answered. We needed more laundry detergent and we had it in less than half hour. We had no complaints whatsoever. We would likely stay there again when we return to Madrid.

The appartments are in a great location in central Madrid near Plaza Espana, and are spacious but they are showing signs of wear and tear, and in need of a refresh, the floors, walls, are a bit grubby and furniture all need replacing soon. It would be a good price if it were not for this.

Excelente apartamento con una ubicaciĆ³n inmejorable en Madrid. Super cĆ³modo somos una familia de 5 con 2 habitaciones y 2 baƱos completos todo muy nuevo, moderno y cĆ”lido. Super completa la cocina para cocinar sin problemas. La ubicaciĆ³n en la zona de Plaza EspaƱa a una cuadra de la Gran Via y a pie de todos los lugares de interĆ©s y tiendas. Excelente comunicaciĆ³n y predisposiciĆ³n de los anfitriones. Super recomendable ! Gracias

Excelente ubicaciĆ³n, pero NO es hotel.
En general bien, pero NO es un hotel. Es un departamento tipo Airbnb donde no hay ningĆŗn servicio, no limpian el cuarto, no te ayudan con maletas, no hay restaurante, etc. Eso no deberĆ­a ser problema (para quien le gusta ese concepto), pero no lo dicen. Lo anuncian como hotel.
