Excellent apartment in the center of Madrid

Fully decorated and equipped apartment available for rent.

It is a cozy apartment located on the third floor of a classic building with elevator.
The decoration of the apartment is designed to make you feel at home.
The housing differentiates the social area from the private area to have more privacy and tranquility. Thus, the social area consists of a separate kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware and all appliances. On the main facade there are two balconies through which natural light enters the large living room, also has a work area.

The sleeping area has three bedrooms, all with fitted closets from floor to ceiling. Master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom and a toilet.

The house has air conditioning system in all rooms.
Supplies included in the price: Electricity, heating, high speed internet and water.

We have cradle. If you need a crib, please let us know in advance.
There is possibility of early check in and late check out, ask us. It has an additional cost.

Excellent location in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Madrid, with a great cultural, leisure, restaurant and commercial offer. A few meters from Puerta de Sol and Plaza Cibeles.

A deposit of 295€ is charged. This amount will be returned once the property has been checked and found to be in good condition.

Great place with great location

A lovely spot in Madrid
We loved the proximity to everything! The apartment was lovely and worked perfectly for our family of 4. Unfortunately, there was construction going on right across the street so there was no view except of a construction site and we had to deal with the noise. I'm sure once it is completed the street will be lovely again.

Excellent American size apartment in downtown Madrid
Very big 3 bedroom 2 and a 1/2 bathroom flat in the most perfect neighborhood for walking and exploring downtown Madrid. We are a family of three with a seven year old and it was very comfortable. We had no issues during our stay and felt it was better than the pictures. When returning to Madrid we will definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment in good location but maybe a little suspect?
The positives: a great location near the museums, comfortable beds, quiet at night, lots of room and well furnished. Communication was good, and we received a front door key codes and lockbox instructions to enter and get the keys on our own, including early check in because it was not rented the night before. The negative: the shower drain was clogged so the shower backed up all over the bathroom floor. On the positive side, the owner sent a plumber to fix (he did) but not until day 2. (But also a positive in terms of being able to communicate with the owner.) The kitchen sink and one bathroom sink had no hot water (others were fine), but the owner says this would be fixed after our stay (needed a part). The electricity went out in the building (but not the apartment) on day 3 as we were leaving, which meant no elevator and no front door keypad to get in. Maybe that was all just coincidence, but it left me with the impression that the building might not be in great shape. Also, the kitchen is large but has almost no cooking utensils, did not come with basics (sugar, salt), and had no working coffee pot (could not be used because of missing filter).

Great Madrid Apartment
A spacious apartment located in a fun area with easy walking to restaurants, shopping and other attractions. We really enjoyed this apartment and the neighborhood. We walked everywhere including the Royal Palace, Sol, San Miguel market and many restaurants. We only gave this apartment 4 stars simply because the host could have provided a little more information about the property and given some recommendations about the area. We had difficulty opening the door because we didn't understand that after turning the deadbolt we need to hold the key to the left to open the latch and needed help from a neighbor. We also did not find the AC controls until leaving, which wasn't a huge issue accept for the last night when we would have liked to close the windows because the neighborhood was noisy after the Champions League finals and we needed to get up early. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, a few recommendations would be a great addition to an otherwise great apartment.

Charming Apartment in Amazing Location!
