However, I stopped coming because both the staff and the overall atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. The hotel is right at the heart of Granvia..felt like Iā€™m in time square coz we came in right in time of their Christmas celebration where they lighted up the streets of the city. The hotel itself is 5 star quality, the rooms are well decorated, bed and beddingā€™s are nice and neat, bathroom is clean and fancy. Breakfast was included in our stay and it was worth it. All the staff are nice and courteous and accommodating. Will definitely come back to stay here on our next trip..will recommend to friends as well.
