Places of interest: Reina Sofía, Prado, Thyssen. You will love my space for the location, comfortable and quiet. My accommodation is good for couples. In the center, near the Plaza Mayor, Sol, Retiro, between Huertas and Lavapies, with plenty of leisure, catering, all services. Excellently communicated, with Atocha station to 5 min, all trains, connection to the airport, metro, bus. The apartment has mostly everything you should need for your stay.

Not A Place for 55+ Women Travelers
On a positive note, the location is great, clean, and Sergio is responsive. On the less than positive side, older travelers, especially women may not be comfortable. The beds are low, my friend and I had two bath towels, and no face cloths. The entry way in the building is dim. That's a safety concern. Overall, a little updating would help so the furnishings don't look thrown together. For those 40 yrs and younger, these things may not matter. In my opinion, this is not for older travelers.

Communication was great!! Apartment location was perfect and close enough to walk to the many main attractions. The apartment itself felt in a safe building and loved the fact that it was close to many local feeling places, less touristy. But the apartment itself is in need of some repair. The floors are broken in many places. Not very clean in the shower. Street noise was pretty noisy throughout the night with cars. It just felt a little dirty and needing repair.

Cozy Appartment near the city center
Appartment was clean and well equipped. There is a large selection of shops, churches and small restaurants near by. We parked our rental car in a public parking nearby, which turned out to be pretty expensive…. We would come again 🙂

L appartement est tres bien situé et répondait parfaitement à nos besoins avec un petit fils .
Visites de musées et restaurants, mais aussi le Retiro sont à portée de main et notre visite à l Escurial tres facile et agréable. Bien sûr, nous n avons pas loupé les matchs de foot et la visite du stade Bernabeu. A refaire

Hubo un problema la última noche que se rompió el calentador y se inundó el baño , una noche horrible. Y no pude dormir ni ducharme. No es problema del arrendatario pero mio seguro que no y cuando he reclamado el importe del último día no cogen el teléfono ni contestan mensajes.

Toccata a fuga
Appartamento comodo e accogliente, ristrutturato con gusto, luminoso ed agevole. Accesso al piano con scale e ascensore. Servito da metropolitana, stazione ferroviaria e fermata del bus. In pieno centro storico. Per 5 gg di visita lampo a Madrid con bambini piccoli è statauna scelta fortunatissima. Nessun problema. Tutto funzionante. Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Ha fornito guide alla città e ogni informazione utile. Raggiunto dall'aeroporto con soli mezzi pubblici: bus e treno. Presidio fisso in loco per ogni necessità, dalla gestione dei rifiuti al cambio biancheria ogni settimana. Perfetto.
