THE APPARTMENT

Charming Retiro Chic is a beautiful apartment located very close to the famous Retiro Park.

This nice and recently renovated apartment has everything you need to make your stay in Madrid unforgettable. There is an spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, dining table and Smart TV.

Its kitchen, open to the living room and with a modern design, is equipped with the most modern appliances: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle ... and all kind of cooking tools, dishes, cutlery, cups, pots, pans, etc.

The bedroom has a large wardrobe and a double bed where you can rest comfortably after a long day visiting the city.

Among the amenities of this magnificent apartment we also find: Free Wi-Fi, sheets, towels and free toiletries.



THE AREA

The apartment is located in a quiet area full of local shops and very well connected. Retiro Park is just an 8-minute walk from the apartment and Atocha train station is 13 minutes away.

If you want to walk around the area you will find the Royal Tapestry Factory 5 minutes away, we recommend you to do not miss it.

The Reina Sofía museum is just a 15-minute walk from the apartment.



HOW TO MOVE

The closest underground stations (both 3 minutes from the apartment) are Menéndez Pelayo (line 1) and Pacífico (line 1 and line 10).

There are also multiple bus lines that you can take at the stops near to the apartment.



THE FINE PRINT

-There is a baby cot available at the apartment. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.

-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport and credit/debit card upon check-in.

-Events and/or parties are not allowed.

-For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 50€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.

-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
