Although they suggest you walk barefoot in the room( I walked with white sport socks and they hot black). Thee were some returning sewage smell and I had to leave the bathroom fan/light on otherwise the smell was invading the room. Alarmist could not shower due to the smell of sewage.

Our stay in Bob W Chueca was very pleasant. The room is perfect for couples. The location of the hotel is super central, you can walk to the train station or you can also just walk around and find the tourist attractions. What I liked the most was the detail that Bob left us on the table when we arrived, which was a handwritten welcome card and some cookies. I personally liked that a lot. Communication with him was also very easy. Public Transportation from the airport to hotel was very easy as well. If there’s a chance for us going back to Madrid, Bob W Chueca would be our place to stay again. I would highly recommend you to stay there if you are planning on going to Madrid.

Bob W really has the hotel/ local suite situation figured out. Easy access, nicely kitted out and super clean. We liked that we could go laundry, the bed was great and it was right on top of shopping! Lots to like here, even for middle aged people like us.

Great location-5 mins walk from Tribunal metro stn. and 10 mins from Gran Via. Hotel easy to find from Tribunal metro (not from Chueca metro stn). Access was easy following instructions. Food supermarket by metro stn useful for supplies to stock up on. Room was large but decor is not as bright as in photos. Did not like the dark stone floor. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was good with powerful shower. My room was noisy through night caused by the air con units attached to the outside walls. Ear plugs definitely needed. But the more good than bad points mean that I would stay again.

Great location for walking to local attractions! Chueca is a busy shopping area, but our room was quiet from the noise. The room was clean with lots of nice unique touches.

Ideal place to base yourself for a trip to Madrid. Metro station a few minutes walk up the road, but major sites are all within walking distance. If you’re tired at the end of the day and don’t want to be around Plaza Mayor or Sol, there are many many bars and restaurants minutes away from the apartment. The apartment is clean with all the facilities you need and more. Had a view over the square which was great for people watching. We had our own kitchenette but there is also a larger more equipped kitchen guests can share and access to a washing machine/dryer. Luggage storage facilities too so if you have a late flight you can safely leave your bags there. Not having a reception desk is not an issue, the key codes to access the building worked smoothly. Great extra touches as well such as fruit and biscuits in your room when you arrive, spare charging cables, cotton wool, shower gel, cloth and washing up liquid. And not stingy with the loo rolls as I’ve experienced before in other apartments. Communication really good with emails and a monitored WhatsApp. Highly recommended and will use Bob again. Thanks to all the staff on site for a job well done.
