The hotel staff was nice & our stay very pleasant.
We stayed for more than 10 days and had a confortable, pleasant stay. It is far from Madrid but metro and train travel is fast and easy. However, transportation was expensive and consumed much of our budget. The hotel could arrange for sale of metro and renfe cards in its facilities or provide information about transportation and proces. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel but not near the airport
If you are looking for a hotel in this area, it is very nice and accommodating, but we were looking for a hotel near the airport and it was about 30 minutes away from the airport. The bed was comfortable, large towels and very clean

Basic, small and in need of an update
Modern reception. All basic cheap furniture in lobby and eating area. First room stunk of cigarettes and the 1 bedside fixed table had multiple cigarette burns on it. Went to reception and they changed rooms. Better but still had cigarette burns. The room, small and chips out of skirting boards but the room was cleaned every day and the bed made. Bathroom large and modern. Too large in proportion of the room. Bed very comfy as they put mattresses topper on. Breakfast was basic with no variety. But easy to help yourself and the staff stayed on top of the refills. There were people smoking in the rooms so walking along corridor to get to your room did not smell pleasant. Also the smell drifted into our room. Again unpleasant.

Rooms smell of stale smoke
Even though the hotel claims to be non-smoking, all the rooms smell of stale smoke. The first room we were allocated had a fresh and strong smell of smoke and when we went and complained, we were given a second room where the floor was full of dust and hair, and the room smelt of stale smoke. The manager was super helpful and tried his best to offer us another room or an air purifier, which unfortunately also smelt of stale smoke. Both me and my wife are sensitive to any smell of smoke and we left to find another place to spend the night. Apparently, this is a common problem in Spain and since this was my first 'cheap hotel' in spain experience, I wouldn't go back.

I stayed for two nights. Solo traveller. Had amazing service in that I'd thought the room had a terrace, whereas in fact only some of the room type I had chosen had a terrace. I was a bit disappointed, but was delighted to be offered a room with a terrace for my second night when one became available. it was very much appreciated. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was on the whole very good. There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room, nor a fridge, both of which would be super additions. However, tea, coffee or hot chocolate was available at any time from the machine in the reception area. The hotel is close to a metro station, as well as two supermarkets. A great price for a good quality budget option. The one drawback perhaps, is the location which is about an hour from Madrid Central by train. Note that the metro lines take longer than a combination of metro and the C line. Just by metro it took an hour and a half! ... but the other combination option only took about 45 minutes. The staff were extremely helpful with maps and explanations. If your plane or train departs late in the day, there is an easy to use luggage storage at Atoche station for just a few euros, depending on how much luggage you have. This was suggested to me by one of the staff, and allowed me to drop off my backpack at the main station, enjoy an afternoon in Madrid Central and then collect my backpack before going on to the airport. Atoche has a line going to the T3 terminal.

This hotel is too far from Madrid and the airport. It's almost 2hours-by metro to Madrid's main attractions. I not sure why Expedia has this hotel under Madrid.

If you rent a car it's a perfect place to sleep. Otherwise everything will be far, I been there and I rent a car to go to other places in Spain and it was nice.

Not a lot to fault this hotel.
Very comfortable hotel. Staff excellent, helpful and spoke good English. Always a bonus. Close enough to the metro for access to Madrid central. Breakfast as good as you need for continental. Beds were comfortable. Only thing wrong was the t.v. did not work. All in all worth the money.

Good budget hotel, super far from downtown.
The hotel was good for the price. Room was just like in the pictures and hotel staff was super nice. Only downside is that it is located super far from city center (where everything is) and althought it is close to the metro, it takes a good 45 min each way to get downtown.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very helpful. Location of the hotel is reasonable because it is outside the city but yet very close to Metro station so that you can reach any place easily.

Nice place to rest your head
The hotel is nice, very simple but quite far from the city centre. It took us approx. An hour an a half to get to the centre every day. The hotel doesnt actually have a hot tub either and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. I did enjoy staying here but purely fir location reasons probably wouldnt stay again. The staff were super friendly and very helpful at any time of day. Always someone at the front desk and the maids were consistent and very good with their cleaning. Enjoyed my stay here.
