Absolut perfekt. Liebevolle Menschen die sich um alles kümmern sobald man Hilfe braucht oder Fragen hat. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Metro vor der Tür bringt einen überall in Madrid hin. Tolle Stadt, tolle Menschen.

Una estancia estupenda
Hemos estado en Madrid para una intervención en Ruber Internacional. La ubicación del piso es ideal. Es muy fresco y acogedor. Loa anfitriones son encantadores. Nos han tratado de maravilla. Sin duda repetiremos.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le séjour. La propriétaire était disponible par texto quoi qu'un peu expéditive à l'arrivée. Il n'y avait pas de climatisation dans les chambres et assez bruyant à l'extérieur. Le metro en face de l'appartement était très pratique. Appartement très bien équipé et avec un stationnement.

Clean, comfortable and nice flat very close to the metro
It was a good stay in this flat very close to the metro. Everything is available for cooking, together with clean towels and bed sheets. We are a family of five with three children and the flat was perfect, I recommend it at all! Many thanks to Eva for her hospitality.

Nice home with nice owner
This is a nice appartment. The owner is very helpfull. The appartment has a good wifi and a garage ( 70 euro for 5 days) The metro in front of the appartment ! For 5 stars the appartment must have a little bid of TLC (doors, electricity, heating .....) and in the morning the sound of the busses near the appartment we didn't expect. but I can recommend this appartment.

Séjour formidable!
L'appartement est très confortable et spacieux, très bien situé dans Madrid avec le métro en bas de l'appartement et un parking privé réservé aux résidents. Il est très bien équipé et bonus : la literie est au top ! Nous avons eu un accueil sympathique et chaleureux, un grand MERCI à Frédéric et Eva! Et certainement à une prochaine fois!

Propetario eccezionale e super disponibile. La casa è esattamente sopra la fermata della metro, molto accogliente, silenziosa, con un ottimo Wi-Fi, fornita di asciugacapelli, asciugamani sapone.. l'unico difetto è la caldaia che ci mette un po per ricaricarsi. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile e ci siamo sempre sentiti a casa. Assolutamente consigliato per un gruppo di amici

Como en casa
Hemos estado muy cómodos en este apartamento. Está muy bien comunicado, ya q tiene una estación de metro delante. Es amplio, ya que éramos 5 y entre los dos dormitorios y los sofás camas estuvimos muy bien. Eva y su marido han sido muy amables, y cuando volvamos a Madrid, seguro q volvemos a alojarnos aquí.

Muy agradable
Nos ospedanos en familia, con 2 niños pequeños, el lugar es muy acogedor y tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, tomarte un té o hacer café. Los niños les agrado también tanto que le decían su casita. Tiene muy buena ubicación bajas y consigues supermercados, farmacias hasta donde tomar una cerveza. Ningún inconveniente con los dueños, todo lo contrario siempre estuvieron disponibles cuando los contactamos. Sin duda los recomendamos porque nuestra experiencia fue muy grata.

Buen piso para desplazarse por Madrid
El piso está bien pero hace excesivo calor por la calefacción central. No se pueden cerrar las llaves de los radiadores y hay que tener las ventanas abiertas todo el día hasta que quitan la calefacción, incluso en diciembre. El termo de agua caliente es muy pequeño, no se pueden duchar ni 2 personas seguidas. Las camas muy cómodas y el salón, la cocina y los baños bien. Al tener garaje y metro delante del portal es muy cómodo para desplazamientos.

Vacaciones en familia
Una muy agradable estancia en un apartamento confortable, con una buena situación, (estacion de métro en la puerta).Eva, la propietaria, nos atendió muy bien, y cualquier sugerencia por nuestra parte, fue resuelta rápidamente .
