Nice hotel but the shuttle to the airport (the reason I booked) didn’t run on weekends which was annoying. Also it’s not really near anything so not a good place to stay for seeing Madrid

The hotel was impeccable clean and the room was what I need it after 12 day visiting Spain and Portugal. I selected this hotel for the shuttle services to the airport; but they don’t offered on the weekends; only disappointment but the bartender made it up by fixing me a great dinner not listed on the menu. Highly recommended this hotel.

Hotel is a business and conference facility. The rooms are clean (although when we checked into our room, we had to navigate beds, cleaning carts, garbage bins in the hallway, and our room had an odour that is difficult to describe). Beds are comfortable. The showers are clean but the shower heads are weak. We were disappointed that there was not a complimentary shuttle available on weekends costing us an additional 30 Euros for the cab.

We loved the family sized room. Having more space was super helpful. The staff and service were all great! The shuttle from the airport was convenient. The area is nice and a bit more quiet than the hustle and bustle of Madrid. We liked the numerous parks in the area and were happy that Aldi is right around the corner. The train station is a bit of a walk, but doable. Overall, we enjoyed our one night stay.
