Some of the rooms are very isolated and the pillows are very uncomfortable to sleep with. The staff were quick and helpful and I liked the nice breakfast included. While the area is not the most charming one it is practical as it’s very close to downtown.

El hostal está en remodelación del lobby y área de desayuno por lo que podrías encontrar un poco de polvo y sin acceso al elevador, los cuartos muy bien, esos pisos ya han terminado la renovación y aún huele a pintura nueva. Así que todo me pareció excelente!

Es una lastima que siendo tan bueno el establecimiento siempre tengan el ascensor estropeado. Toca subir escaleras cargada de equipaje. Algun trabajador mientras estuve fuera del establecimiento se le ocurrió romper el candado que tenía puesto en el cajón que me correspondía y sacar todas mis pertenencias, en recepción me dijeron que hubo un mal entendido y tenían ellos guardadas mis cosas. El susto que me llevé no me lo quita nadie. Con disculparse lo arreglan todo

Todo nuevo y limpio.
Sólo estuve una noche pero muy bien, el cuarto era muy tranquilo, todo era nuevo y muy limpio. Se agradece mucho que las taquillas de los cuartos sean sencillas de abrir y cerrar con candado (no pesan, no hacen ruido, etc.) Los baños nuevos y limpísimos (quitando las papeleras llenas, pero eso es otra historia). las camas súper cómodas, y excepto que siempre se oyen ruidos de alguna máquina (en todos los hostels pasa); la habitación era silenciosa y la gente fue respetuosa. Incluye un desayuno sencillo, pero se agradece mucho. El personal durante el desayuno fue súper amable. A diferencia de la mujer que me atendió en el check in. Es la única pega que pongo. Estuve literalmente media hora para que me atendiese, porque sólo estaba ella y llegaron muchos huéspedes de golpe. La cosa es que cuando me atendió apenas me dirigió dos palabras, fue borde, y no me indicó NADA. Tuve que darme una vuelta para saber dónde estaba mi habitación, el buffet, cuál era el wifi...las cosas básicas que te suelen decir nada más llegar... No me indicó nada, puso mis datos, me dio la pulsera y adiós. Después de pegarse media hora con los 20 huéspedes que estaban antes de mí. Eso no me gustó mucho la verdad, deberían cuidar un poco más a la gente, con tal de que me hubiera dirigido 4 palabras con esas indicaciones, lo habría agradecido. Por lo demás, el sitio está genial por dentro, lo recomiendo. Las camas son súper cómodas y hay termostato. Los baños espaciosos. Está pegado a gran vía.

O Adventure Hostel Madrid Gran Vía cumpre com as informações descritas no anúncio. Tem uma ótima localização, possibilitando circular pelo centro e os principais pontos turístico da cidade, através de uma curta caminhada ou utilizando o serviço de metrô (há duas estações bem próximas: Gran Vía e Callao). Tanto o check-in quanto o check-out foram super práticos, como também havia uma recepção 24h para ajudar a qualquer momento os hóspedes. A equipe de colaboradores da recepção e que organizavam o café da manhã eram super educados, solícitos e atenciosos com o bem-estar dos hóspedes, algo que considero extremamente positivo durante a estadia. Sobre o café da manhã (incluso na reserva), apesar de simples, continha os itens básicos para uma primeira refeição rápida e satisfatória. O quarto era amplo, fresco, limpo todos os dias e com banheiros no seu interior. A cama era confortável e reservada (cortina, lâmpada e tomada), além disso, havia um gaveta grande (parte inferior da cama) para guardar a sua mala (pequena) e os seus pertences em segurança (é preciso ter um cadeado). O único ponto que destaco a ser melhorado refere-se ao sinal de Wi-Fi no quarto, especificamente o que estive (n° 211), o sinal era extremamente fraco e, por vezes, inexistente (basicamente durante toda a minha estadia eu precisei usar os meus dados móveis), mas acredito que isso seja facilmente ajustado pela equipe. Diante disso, recomendo o Adventure Hostel Madrid Gran Vía para se hospedar na cidade.
