"We were in town for a wedding in downtown Des Moines and this location was great! We were able to walk to the event and also to other fun locations like coffee shops, restaurants, bars and the farmers’ market. The property was very clean and stocked with everything we needed (including lots of coffee!). Would stay here again. "

"Very well appointed place right near Court Street and all of the restaurants in that area of downtown Des Moines. Normal city noises; so maybe not everyone's cup of tea - but nothing out of the ordinary."

"Very clean property with lots of sleeping areas! Was nice we didn’t have to bring a bunch of extra things for our stay because it was provided! Only recommendation is letting guests know about what side of the street to park on if they need to park on the street as one of our friends almost got a ticket when visiting us during our stay."
