"False adverising. Hotel did bait and switch. Dishonest manager told us that they have better rooms in their sister hotel. That Orion hotel was in a ghetto . TERRIBLE STREET WITH HOMELESS PEOPLE COOKING ON THE STREET. Fithy lanes. . I refused and checked in at the Taj hotel at 13 midnight. We waited 1 hour for our reservation in the lobby for rooms . Never again .please boycott and delist this hotel company for misleading out of town guests."

"Even after booking property on Expedia, demanded booking money on arrival stating that Expedia did not pay money to them - I have done 100s of booking from Expedia and I never faced a situation like this before.
