"Everything was exactly as advertised. Quiet, private, walkable, clean, great food, friendly helpful staff. There was no expectation from staff regarding tipping. As part of the stay snorkel gear was provided by the marine sports shop and we kept in our bungalow villa. We had great snorkeling off our deck. I ever saw a sea turtle! Jesi & Bagos were our favorite staff. The food, drinks and service were top notch. Our stay was magical, truly a dream."

"Overall we had a great time. The only issue we faced was with Reception / Front Desk that was an absolute disaster. The only thing they could do is to book you for the free daily snorkelling trip or to charge your credit card. They were not able (or even worse, did not want to!) handle other questions/queries. "Great property. Clean , well maintained and contained/ easily walkable on small island. Spa was good. Occasional misses on food orders at restaurants (forgot to bring out one order for our party of 8 a few times but we were there at year end and resort was at capacity). "Stayed here for a couple nights and it was actually better than expected. However the weather can go from storms to tropical sun in minutes and we were lucky enough to have sunny days. The rooms were excellent with an amazing view. What surprises me the most was there food it was amazing breakfast buffet and dinners. "Everything was great! It is a very short ride from Malè International Airport, which we loved. The island is small and you have privacy. We really enjoyed that there is kind of semi-private beach in front of every house, and the reefs are very nice for snorkelling. The food was great, and the stuff was amazing. The resort is very small, which on the one hand is very quiet and relaxing, but on the other side in case it's raining continuously, you have limited options on how to spend your time. "

"Loved the feeling of being on a secluded, peaceful island that felt authentic in design and decor rather than like a Westernized modern hotel. The staff were incredibly nice. There was a variety of delicious and fresh food everyday. The sea activities were plentiful. The massage at the spa was deeply restful and high quality. "My husband and I visited Varu by Atmosphere for my birthday. Such an amazing time! The service is top tier! Everyone is so nice and friendly. We stayed in an overwater villa with a private pool, and that was the best decision. Everything is so clean. Our house, Mazey, was awesome. He arranged a special birthday surprise for me. Aagy, my favorite server at Lime and Chili, was absolutely delightful! She was so kind and funny. If I ever have the opportunity to visit the Maldives again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!!"

"Everything is perfect for a wonderful vacation. Wifi is the only thing that needs to be upgraded, internet is shocking in some areas of the resort. On the other hand, you are away from market and any local city so the in resort activities and shop is bit expensive. "
