"property is great. clean, plenty of parking, communication with owner/manager was fine. if using boat ramp by house it’s all good. if using ramp by hwy bridge the roads to get there are terrible."

Excellent hotel. I would recommend to everyone. Just make sure you bring a back up cooler to help supplement the mini fridge.
