"Hotel & room was fine. We were in town for a wedding & planned to check in at 3pm which was the check in time. We planned on getting dressed & ready at the hotel. I called ahead to make sure that would work, person on the phone stated that is fine. Once we arrived at 3pm they said room wasn’t ready. ..."
