"Our family liked this little stone cottage though we didn’t realize how cramped we would feel. It’s probably a better fit for a couple. The setting on the lake is nice and would probably be fun in the summer. For a rainy fall weekend, there was little to do (no games, puzzles, internet, tv wouldn’t work w/o service, no bikes or fire pit as advertised). We made the best of it but found ourselves bored in the remote location. "

The hill walking down to pond was steep. For young kids could be tricky. Wish the outside furniture was a little cleaner to sit on. We also couldn’t find any cleaning products to wipe down anything."

"This is a great little hidden gem in the back woods of NH. This is not within walking distance to any of the pools or arcades in the pictures. It is on a dirt road in the back woods - very quiet! The kitchen is well equipped (kids plates too!). The beds are comfortable. The house was clean (minus one very moldy shower curtain). The biggest issue we had was that the oven/stove was broken. In renting a house, the intent is to cook a few meals in the home. Not having an oven or a stove made this...

"We have stayed here numerous time. The property owners are so responsive and the communication is always great. The house is clean, a perfect size for a larger family and the hot tub is an added perk. Only downside would be the air conditioning on one side of the house. "This house was perfect size for our growing extended family and the 4 bathrooms were a plus. The grounds were not true to the pictures (there was no view, the deck was not very big and the lawn was partially dirt). The kitchen was nice and big and provided us with all we needed. The driveway was a little tight because we have to park 5 cars but we made it work. Overall was a good experience."

"The house is very beautiful and spacious. It looks even better in person. I stayed with a group of mommy friends and family, a little getaway before the new school year begins. The ladies loved the house. There were only a few complaints about the temperatures in some of the rooms and the beds were not soft enough for some of the ladies. All based on individual preference.
