The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and attractive. The morning of January 3, the reception clerk was friendly and very helpful, assisting us with using the lobby printer to print out some important documents (though the ink was low and she seemed uncertain about where to find another ink cartridge if it was needed). The reception clerk the evening of January 2 was less helpful when we asked about walkable dining options, failing to mention a nearby Mexican restaurant that turned out to be very good.

It’s an older property but one that’s well maintained and well staffed. New ownership plan a major overhaul in 2025. When that’s completed it should become a preferred destination for people seeking a spacious, quiet hotel with easy access to major thoroughfares. It does need a second elevator. A single lift for a four-story property results in long waits and frustration.

Stay was aberrant as this hotel had been my favorite before. I returned to a cold room & broken phone. It took more than an hour to get reassigned a room. Also the hotel entrance and path to parking was very icy and not well salted.

The room was immaculate and everything was in its place! The bed was very comfortable which is a huge bonus. I didn't know how to get to my room in the other building so the guy walked me over there which was perfect because I wouldn't have been able to get there on my own even with directions! I wish I knew that would have been the case and I wouldnt have gotten a room there because I was exhausted and couldn't wrap my head around taking 2 elevators and crossing a bridge to get to the building. Ill have to pass on staying there again because that part of it was past my comfort zone! The staff was outstanding. My sink was draining slow as well but I dealt with it. I would prefer a room in the main building where the desk is because i was alone and I like that security.
