Completely remodeled interior with 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed - 3 bedrooms have lake views. Added "extra" 5th bedroom on first floor has a day bed with trundle that sleeps 2 more on twin mattresses. Large dining room table for family or friends to gather or eat outside by the water. Lovely house in the lake.
We had a reunion of cousins in Kent for a special event then a few of us went to the lake for the long weekend. What a comfortable house and a gorgeous location! I don’t know when we will be back, but we certainly will.

First family vacation, first VRBO experience
This place well accommodated our family of 9 and a 10 month old baby... It was very beautiful, spacious and clean. Steve was great to deal with. The view was awesome and so was the neighborhood! We spent most of the entire time in the back yard watching the lake, jet skiing, kayaking and sitting by the fire, we had amazing weather!... Every single thing we needed was at this property. It was so close to the strip, good wine, beaches and margaritas.. all we needed to bring was food, our clothes and beach towels. Can't wait to stay again!!! Thank you!!!

A relaxing retreat
The backyard of this property feels very secluded; we enjoyed sitting out there and reading while listening to the water, watching the lake, playing horseshoes and cornhole - and watching the glorious sunsets. I still don’t know what a “Metropark” is, but there are several nearby as well as state parks where you can hike or saunter or enjoy the beach. The Arcola Estuary is a tiny gem. We took a day trip to Niagara Falls midweek which was perfect - not crowded there and of course stunning. The home was quite comfortable and the hosts easy to contact. I would definitely stay here again!

Great property with nice sized rooms that comfortably accommodated all of us. Steve met us at the house to go over things which was very nice and helpful. House location and views just as advertised. Beautiful home and thoroughly enjoyed our visit

Best VRBO we've been to do far
We had our 4 teenagers and my mom (who is close to 70) with us for this trip and everyone agreed it was the most relaxing, enjoyable stay we've had as a group! All of the extras (Skee Ball, darts, corn hole, horseshoes, video games, kayaks) were perfect to keep everyone busy and happy at the house. There were great restaurants nearby (we really liked Brew streaks) and the new winery is gorgeous! Sleeping at night with the sliding doors open on a breezy night felt just like sleeping by the ocean!! We should have stayed a few days longer, but will keep that in mind when we plan our next visit! Perfect place for making memories! ❤️❤️❤️

The listing had two different patios one at end of yard overlooking lake and one off bedroom,neither one could be used,listing showed a neat looking swing that not there,I had to sweep all furniture outside for cobwebs and spiders,and wifi wasn't great,owner was very nice,vrbos listing needs to be updated

Our stay on this property was above and beyond our expectations the house was very clean and tidy very comfortable felt like home away from home bedrooms upstairs which was very private if you needed to just get away for a little bit beautiful backyard on the lake I just can't say enough about it if you're going there with your family or a friend I highly recommend it you will not regret it it is beautiful thank you so much

House was very clean. Lakeview was spectacular. Only negative was there was no way to get down to the private beach from the property ! Owner was very nice and excess able. Walking distance to the winery and restaurants was great!!

Perfect little getaway
We stayed here for a birthday weekend. The house was clean and so adorable. The bedroom sizes were perfect for every guest. The lake views were gorgeous. It’s a great location to the strip and to all the wineries. The host was so nice and they supplied everything needed for the trip. We only needed to bring our clothes and food. Would highly recommend a stay here!
