About what you would expect from a moderate hotel in the chain. In a very convenient location as restaurants and shopping are 1 minute walk. Only downside is the beds and bedding need refreshed.

Hotel is very convenient to Greenway shopping. The hotel is fine in general but the bedding can be sub par. Sheets don't fit or are non-existent sometimes and mattresses do need to be changed. People at the front desk are helpful.

Pool area is dark, not very clean. Pool towels are size of hand towels and bad quality. Hot tub was down and we were not told at booking. Very disappointing. Broken chair in room. Paper products in room extremely low quality. So much so my 6 yr old grandson commented. Loved shower products. Most staff on their phones every time we walked through.
