"A nice rural retreat next to the river. It's quiet except for the occasional boat with fishers putting by. The property is far enough out in the country to make the night sky perfect for star gazing. There was a nice fire circle with plenty of cut wood. The river flows at a good pace, so you really need to drive the kayaks upstream and float back down to the house. It helped that we had two cars. The house was clean and comfortable. "Friendly host, horses, chickens, cats and guinea fowl. Plenty of activities on site so you never have to leave unless you just want to visit the local attractions. Very nice property to explore and enjoy day and night."

"Kelly is an awesome host. Even though some of their property was damaged two weeks before by Hurricane Helene, they let us shelter there when our place was evacuated for Hurricane Milton. We have an old dog and a pet chicken which she allowed us to bring. She really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable & all our needs were met.The cabin is really cute and very rural."
