Our stay at the Osman Bin Affan Hotel was far from pleasant. From the moment we entered until we left, it was a nightmare. The reception staff only spoke Arabic, making communication very challenging for non-Arabic-speaking guests. Took us 30 mins to convey the basic message of what kind of room we were after.
The housekeeping staff, especially Sajib Mia, were extremely rude and unhelpful. Room service was abysmal, with requests either ignored or poorly handled. To make matters worse, they do not clean the rooms daily, which is a basic expectation in any hotel.
If you’re in a busy season and have no other options, this hotel might suffice purely as a place to sleep. However, don’t expect any kind of service or hospitality. I would recommend looking elsewhere if possible.
