it is a cheater. we were booked to another hotel which is owned by the same company. we arrived in the midnight and were told they do not have space despite the fact that we paid for it. then, we are asked to stay in this hotel. it was one of the worse hotel. we had to stay on night and check out the next day. we paid for three nights and asked for the refund of two nights we did not use due to their fault. they never refund. they are real cheater. I blame both the hotel and Travelocity. I called Travelocity to get my money back. their argument was that since I accepted to stay one night there, I had to stay two more. that was nonsense. I had no place to go at 1 am. therefore, I had to stay. Travelocity agents could not get this point even when I attempted several time to do so.

The location of the property is Ideal for worshippers.There does not exist any thing known as administration or management.Elevators are incapable of coping with the crowd around.

The reception persons smoke behind the desk.they could not find my Expedia reservation and ask me to give them cash until try can sort out my reservation.ac did not work in my room 1418.TV did not work.flush came off.bed light line was too short to connect.coffee maker line was too short to connect. Very terrible check in experience.showed them my email from Expedia and they would not believe me.

Old and outdated !
It's such an old place elevators are too slow. Rooms haven't been renewed for years and years. Bathrooms are really really old. Shampoo and soap smell bad. No room service! They never come.

The hotel did not have breakfast. Its crew was still very weak and had 4 life but 2 of them allweas was out of serves There were not always two lift

I made booking online via Hotel.com. On checkin, I was asked my confirmation number because the "system" was down. I was given a room after a bit of discussion. Clearly, the guy behind the desk did not have a clue what e was doing. That night, I had a knock at my door asking for confirmation number on three different occasions, 1am, 5 am and 10am. The first two times, I was polite, by the third time I'd had enough. Next day went to the hotel manager who calls in the porter to help him find my booking and sort it out. It was sorted. The rooms are clean, the service is good, the kettle was broken and was replaced without any issues. It is a three star hotel and it is head and shoulders above any other "3 star" in the area. Very close to the entrance of Masjid (womens section), close to shops, hospital at the rear, pharmacy 5 mins walk away, supermarket - 5 mins walk away, there are stalls just on the other side of the road selling all kinds of merchandise, pakistani restaurants and dates shop 15 mins walk behind the hotel with pedestrian road crossing staffed by traffic police. In all good hotel but if you are looking for a upgrade, I'd recommend Elaf Tayba which is next door. Enjoy your stay!

اقامة رائعة بجوار المسجد النبوي
الإيجابيات: الفندق قريب جدا من الحرم المدني, ( بالتحديد مصلى النساء بوابة 15), الفندق نظيف, موظفين التنظيف في الدور الثالث عشر رائعين ومتعاونين اشكر الأستاذ عثمان مسؤول الحجوزات على تعاونه واسلوبه الراقي. السلبيات: الاصنصيرات قليلة مما يسبب زحمة شديدة في المواسم واحيانا اعطال, موظفو الاستقبال غير محترفين ويحتاجون مزيد من التدريب
