After I arrived from a 14 hours flight, I was told by the hotel staff that they didn’t have my reservation. After seeing that I had all necessary details, they finally told me that the reservation had been cancelled and I didn’t have a room at the hotel any longer. I was left completely on my own at 2am with nowhere to stay for the next five days! They also did this to another couple just so they could rebook at higher last minute prices. Absolutely horrible staff without any remorse!

If it wasn’t for Md.. Hanif... & Md Abir khan our stay would have been bad, the hotel is dated but all the staff was very helpful, breakfast was awesome that kept us good, and the main thing is that the location is 1 min from door 339 in haram
