I had past experience of couple times staying here was excellent in terms of cleaning, customer service, buffet breakfast. Now the new management has turned this hotel into worse living condition. Their good business continues only due to the prime location.

Location is awesome as the access to haram is good for both genders. Staff was good respective and cooperative. Parking was paid per night SAR50 but was full and I parked in haram parking. Junior suite was spacious but different from the given pictures, and was very dirty, the carpet, cabinet, drawers, walls, most of the furniture was too old.

The rooms have not been updated since 2003 when i stayed here last. Front desk is not too helpful. Many things in the room didnt work. The only great thing about the hotel is its location. Only 1 .in away from the grand mosque
