"I think it's important to know this is someone's house with a few hotel rooms upstairs. There are some less-than-ideal aspects. The place is very echoey, so if the owners are entertaining downstairs you will hear it in your room. The lighting is very harsh, bright white, which is a big no for me personally. And the bathroom/shower has frosted glass walls that lead on to the hallway. No one can really see you but it doesn't feel that comfortable. Just some strange design choices. The owner couple...

"Arrived to find that they did could not find our booking. Rooms were not ready. We accepted their apology. Came bac later that night only to find that there were no towels in one room and the 2nd room we booked had no loo paper, no soap and no 2-pin plugs. It was too late to request these things. Overall the property is in a poor state, needs a serious revamp. The pool was half empty. not keen to return to this place"
