"We use taxi or walk, the surroundings made us safe and comfortable. The room is a good size.It is noisy but Sicily is so crammed there are no place where you don’t eat cars, mopeds, unless you are in a pedestrian zone. We like our choice"

"The villa was as advertised, rural and rustic, but a great place to relax and enjoy the nearby sights. The beds we found not great but the pool is lovely."

"The Villa is great and is set in the most wonderful garden with a lovely large pool. Check in was smooth and Enzo very helpful. Midweek delivery of croissants was very appreciated especially as the nearest shop is a good 20 min walk and taxis are expensive. The sunset water taxi from the local restaurant to Ortigia was amazing (approx 15€ each) There is a bus stop outside the villa but finding out where it goes wasn’t easy. Several other restaurants nearby and a beautiful beach (with beach bar)...

"We have just returned from a glorious 11 day stay at Seb’s villa which was cosy and comfortable. Seb has thoughtfully provided everything you would need as guests. From an abundant welcome basket filled with pasta, bread, local snacks etc, to lilos in the pool, wine in the fridge and much more. Seb met us at the villa when we arrived and throughout our stay, he was always quick to respond to queries and gave us many good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Great Hotel

"Very lovely, brand new waterfront property in Ortigia. When Apple Maps helpfully directed us to the property the wrong way down a one-way street, someone from the hotel came out to where we were and helped deal with the car. Overall very friendly and very nice. Great breakfast."
