"Worst experience ever had. Rude unhelpful man showed us the family apartment at the back of the building looking at the carpark when I had booked and paid for standard studio with pool and sea view. He shrugged, just kept saying it was impossible to have the room Id booked. He said we should find another hotel if we didnt like it. It was 7pm.
