"The reception staff were very polite. The place offers good entertainment in the evening. However the room we stayed in was not fit for purpose. We had to switch off the fridge and the boiler every time we used the cooker to avoid power cut. And when it happened once because I tried to use two hobs at the same time, my husband was told where to go and fix it himself. The bathroom was dirty and the drain was overflowing when we had a shower. My husband and I slept on separate 'sofa beds'. My son...

"casa piccola era un monolocale in cui la pulizia lasciava un po a desiderare, dovrebbe esserci una maggiore manuntenzione per le piastre e i vari servizi non tutti funzionanti l'assistenza in compenso è ottima ed efficiente molto familiare per i bambini è l'ideale in quanto stanno bene interagiscono tanto e si divertono con l'animazione molto ben organizzata dove il capovillaggio Raoul è simpaticissimo!!! nel complesso ci ritornerei perché è stata una vacanza davvero piacevole "

"Excellent accommodation with a great Nadia who prepared breakfast every day with such a gorgeous smile. Sadly the Manager can be off and on depending if he is selling you the dinner and other times demanding we return pool towels before he can issue new ones - leaving it in the room is not enough he said. The pool is great but the sun beds are hard so that needs to be improved considering its miles away from a nowhere so if you want to be by the pool side be prepared fo aching backs. The...

It offers a great view from the Terrace however it could do with some updating and maintenance to fix a few of the facilities (for example the air conditioning was not working and the kitchen blind broke when we were being shown around having just arrived plus the main door lock isn't great and really needs changing). "Beautiful hotel on the water. We had a room with a nice view of the bay from our small balcony. The room was small but we made it work. The staff was attentive. Breakfast was so perfect with so many beautiful options. It get crowded but they do a great job. The bar always had some one that could make you a beverage any time you walked by. We ate dinner there only once it was good. But the variety on the menu did not suit our tastes so we dinned out the other nights. Location is nice and quiet. Staff was wonderful and the hotel grounds were pretty. super clean and well kept."
