"One of few hotels with its almost private beach. Boutique but a little rough around the edges - so what if nothing is perfect - this isn’t Maldives. Great food, really friendly staff. No loud music and respectful guests. They are offering a great product, that’s why guests return. Easy tuktuk to busier area and boats to take you elsewhere. We were genuinely sad to leave. "

The staff was very welcoming and the quality of the Sri Lankan breakfast and dinner was amazing. We can also recommend the Katamaran tour in the lagoon. "Really nice property on fantastic beach. Helpful staff. The only think to be aware of is that the Villa is on a main road, and very close to the railway line which is very noisy throughout the night and did rather spoil our stay. Also on 3 of the days we stayed there we wedding events or birthday parties going on very close which totally spoilt the tranquillity of the place."
