"Great hotel right next to the La Plagne ski lifts with fantastic service. The hotel's own ski shop / ski rental was very convenient. All the staff were super kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, happy to recommend this hotel for anyone coming to La Plagne."

"Honestly we were a bit concerned reading some of the reviews before our trip but our stay was fine! Reception staff friendly, check in and out process easy. The room was clean and tidied daily, breakfast was good. Nice balcony views. Sauna not working during our stay but other spa facilities were fine. No boot dryers in the ski lockers which would be a good thing to improve on."

"The staff here are very helpful. There is a spa/pool. It is ski in/out. We had an apartment for 8 with mountain views; this consisted of a main bedroom with ensuite, a second double bed bedroom and 2 sets of bunk beds with a curtain. The apartment was spacious and I would recommend it."

"We booked Chalet Hotel Turquoise as we had stayed here before with Nielsen Ski and we had a great experience. Unfortunately our stay this time was not actually in the hotel, but in apartments elsewhere in Belle Plagne - despite our booking confirmation stating it was for the hotel. Having checked the Hotels.com listing, the only mention of separate apartments is a hazy photo (9/16). As such we did not benefit from the Chalet’s facilities or ski-in-ski-out location.
