Nice and clean room Super close to the bus station, like a minute walking distance, 4 mins walking distance from the train station. And, the best breakfast I ever had in Peru. They offered bananas, omelette and bread, which is super helpful to fuel you up if you are climbing Machu Picchu right after.

Excellent Location
Excellent location, next to the Town Plaza and one street from the Machu Picchu bus station. Good price and confort, free continental breakfast and bunch of stores and restaurants around. Recommendations: get the front desk to fix the hot water as soon as you get there, bring your own towels and cash, if you pay using a card you going to get a bad money exchange and are going to have to pay extra charges for the processing. Other than that staff is very friendly and you cant bit the location.

Tudo foi muito bom. Nos receberam na estação de trem, o que facilitou muito a nossa chegada. Apenas 2 problemas: 1) reservamos um quarto com cama de casal, mas fomos colocados em um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro, mas como ficamos 2 noites, isso foi solucionado na noite seguinte e nos trocaram para um quarto melhor com cama de casal; e 2) alguns hóspedes faziam muito barulho de noite, sem consideração com os demais hóspedes. De resto, fomos muito bem atendidos e eles nos deram várias dicas para deixar a nossa viagem à Machu Picchu ainda melhor!

Não recomendo à ninguém! Fiz uma reserva para casal, chegando lá não tinha quarto de casal disponível, somente camas separadas, as fotos do site iludem totalmente, atendimento péssimo! Quarto sujo e sem água quente, cheirando a mofo e poeira! No "café da manhã", sem perguntar se queríamos ou não ovos o atendente começou a fazer, quando falamos que não queríamos, ele foi grosso falando que podia ter avisado antes. Ficamos lá somente pq chegamos tarde e não tinha como ir para outro hotel!!! Péssimo!

Un lugar cómodo y limpio, ideal para pasar una noche. La ubicación inmejorable, a 50 metros de la parada de micros que te suben al parque arqueológico. Para destacar la excelente predisposición de Rene y Verónica para asistirnos y asesorarnos en la excursión.
