"The concierge went above and beyond making sure I would receive a wheelchair accessible taxi to the airport in a pinch, calling multiple companies several times over until a taxi was acquired. Couldn't say enough about their kindness and helpfulness from telling us where to go to providing us luggage storage while we waited for our transportation to the airport – they didn't have to do this: it was several days after our stay, but it was much more convenient for us due to their proximity to the train station. The wheelchair accessible room had all the necessary features and space – though we couldn't get AC to work very well in our room (luckily we came in April and not June/July so it was fine)."

"What a lovely hotel! We had an All Inclusive package and it was great. The food was probably the best I’ve ever had in an all inclusive - really varied and plentiful. There was a really good range of drinks included too, all branded spirits and good cocktails. The staff were lovely and the hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained. "

The modern property was centrally located but still featured historic touches, like the large windows that offered a birds-eye view of the bustling street below. The service was exceptional, especially at the front desk. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to offer great recommendations for local spots to visit or directions around town. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short walk to the waterfront, where we enjoyed leisurely strolls by the sea, and very close to all the major attractions, like the Picasso Museum and the Alcazaba...perfectly situated to explore the best of Malaga with ease. The amazing roof bar was a perfect place to relax at night . . . followed the next day by an amazing breakfast in the on-site restaurant. From freshly baked pastries to an array of fresh fruits and savory dishes, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the city."
