"this was an incredible property to stay as it is next to all transportation into the center of Rome. The place was clean, quiet and the host was kind and helpful. His son met us and gave us a grand introduction to Rome. The neighborhood was filled with friendly people and nice little shops and coffee stops. The groceries were right nearby and the view of the park was right out our window. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again. Ciao. "

He gave us wonderful recommendations for food and how to access the Metro - it's so convenient and the quickest way to get around. We so appreciated all the kindness Alessio showed us even gave us a warm welcome, some tasty local pastries and a helpful send off. "My husband and I stayed for almost a month and just returned yesterday. Nicola was most gracious and helpful and the little apt had everything we needed. Just a minor point to make---Other than the kitchen table and a single chair by a lamp, there is no sitting area but the 2 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Over all, we were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely rebook in the future. Grazie, Nicola!"

"The room was spacious with an en suite bathroom. There was only one other room that was being rented out and we could use the kitchen and facility at our leisure. The Host was great with communication and there was a lovely garden area in the back to sit in with tables. The host left us an assortment of breakfast items to help ourselves with and coffee and teas. we loved our stay and it was conveniently close to the metro to go to other locations in Rome."

"This property was a nice stay for 10 days. It was a little drive to the city so prepare to take 20 min Ubers which can be kind of pricey unless you want to take the 1hr train ride to the city. It got kind of loud at night , even with the doors and windows closed but that’s out of the owners control, I know. There is a washer and dryer which was very convenient. The mattresses and pillows weren’t the most comfortable but it was fine for the stay. There was lots of space to commune in the kitchen...
