"La casa è veramente molto bella e super accessoriata, la posizione è così vicina al bosco Santo del Santuario del Beato Sante, che in realtà questo luogo dà una grande pace e quindi le vacanze in assoluto relax sono assicurate. La Sig.ra Katia ha esaudito sempre e subito le poche neccessità che abbiamo avuto. Molte grazie ancora!"

"Het vakantiehuis is ruraal gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. Wie houdt van rust kan hier erg genieten! Het huisje zelf is eenvoudig maar smaakvol ingericht. Alle basics zijn er maar geen extra luxe zoals een vaatwas, airco of wasmachine. Alles is heel netjes en schoon. De eigenaren zijn geweldig lieve mensen die vlot bereikbaar zijn. Wij hebben er erg van genoten!"

"The property was exactly as listed - beautiful scenery and far away from neighbours so that you feel comfortable in your own bubble. Due to heavy storms we had a couple of issues with cloudy water and power going out, but the only thing outside of the hosts abilities was changing the weather! Whenever the power went Chiara and Davide came to our aid instantly and were nothing short of understanding and amazing every time. Cannot recommend this villa and host enough. 15/10."

There’s a cosy lounge, an extremely well-equipped kitchen, and two big bedrooms. "The home has everything you need for great dining. Chairs, sofas, beds and bedding al clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Easy to travel anywhere in the area, which we did every one of the eight days we were there. Pictures shown in advertising are very accurate. "Cinzia and Maurizio were very quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The property had a slight damp smell in the rooms, but with the windows open it lessened. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well fitted for making your own meals. Please note that there is only one bedroom in the main house, the upstairs bedrooms have to be accessed from a separate outside door. It didn’t bother us, but people with children may have a concern. Overall we really enjoyed our stay :)"

"Excellent facilities and very clean and up to date. The pool needs re-tiling but water was lovely and clean and open till 11pm every night, which my some loved! Would recommend! "

"Stayed in the off-season (October) so didn’t take advantage of the beach or pool but the hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. My particular room had evidence of water damage in the bathroom that hadn’t been properly repaired, but overall was a nice place to stay. "

"We thought the location and surrounding area was excellent, for access to the towers and the other attractions and to shopping. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dined in the fine hotel restaurant as well. "

"Room was clean and spacious with a king bed. Walking distance to train and bus terminal. Many restaurants to select within 10 min walk. Breakfast was great. The only complaint I have is I asked for no housekeeping since I was staying only 2 nights, but found my belongings were rearranged. "

"What a gem- a historical landmark and museum. A professional, quality staff, unique rooms, excellent breakfast, gourmet dinner, awesome wine selection, etc. The value was just unmatched in terms of what you receive for the cost, especially compared to hotels in the US. One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time in my travels. "

"Grand Hotel San Marino is just outside the main wall of the city what make is possible to be able to park but you are still a few steps from the main entrance. Beautiful view from the room and restaurant associated with the hotel is one of the best ones in town."
