I can’t say enough great things about my stay here! It was very clean and staff were very helpful and accommodating. I stayed at a couple hotels/ resorts in Maceió, and this was by far the best.

Excelente estadia com ótimo custo benefício
Foi excelente, quero ótimo bom espaço, estava recém reformado tenho apenas algumas observações: Ar condicionado muito barulhento necessário a troca urgentemente, o registro do chuveiro estava com algum problema na seleção de mistura de água fria com a quente, mas estava usável. Pegamos com meia pensão ou seja jantar incluso, já fomos anteriormente e o restaurante deu um salto considerável na qualidade da refeição, a equipe dele está de parabéns, assim como toda a equipe do hotel que nós trataram muito bem. Além claro do Day use grátis no Lontra Beach Club que é maravilhoso, pra mim ele fica em uma das melhores praias que já pude visitar, vale muito a pena.

O hotel no geral é bom. Os funcionários são simpáticos, a recreação é legal, o quarto estava limpo. O grande problema é o preço das bebidas. É absurdo! O vinho mais barato de 750 ml custa R$ 185,00 (Cabriz e Quinta dos Bons Ventos). É mais que o dobro de qualquer estabelecimento de qualidade. Um drink, tipo uma caipifruta custa R$ 44,00. Fora os 10%. O estacionamento também é pago e custa R$ 32,00 a diária. Não vale a pena!

Excelente para quem vai a trabalho!
Hotel limpo, com cafe da manhã bom, academia excelente, de frente a orla com área kids interessante (possui um campo de mini golf). Contudo, o café da manhã podia ser mais variado e a atendimento mais rápido em preparar as comidas. Faltou mais atrações para crianças! Excelente para quem vai a trabalho mas para a família existem outros melhores em Alagoas.

Valeu a estadia!
O hotel parece estar passando por reestruturação e estão atentos às críticas e elogios dos hóspedes. O quarto que primeiro nos colocaram era bem antigo e cheirando a mofo. Conversamos com os responsáveis e prontamente nos trocaram para outro equivalente já reformado - atendeu bem. A estrutura comum é muito boa, quadras, piscinas, brinquedoteca. As crianças aproveitaram bastante. Os funcionários foram bem prestativos. Café da manhã sem exageros, mas muito bom (waffle, tapioca e omeletes feitos na hora).
