CLIMATED bedroom & living room, best position of the building, equipped and decorated for up to 4 people, adapted with bed for 2 people in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room plus extra mattress. Balcony and room overlooking the beach. With bed and bath (pure cotton), digital safe, lcd tv, luxury shower, stove, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, iron, kitchen utensils, covered garage, etc. All new and clean for demanding people.
Internet service (wifi) 15 MB exclusive for the apartment and rooftop business center.

You can request the cleaning service of the apartment at the 24-hour reception at no extra charge, up to 2 per week. The establishment also features an on-site laundry, sauna and games room.

estadia perfeita
Gostei muito da localização, espaço interno do imóvel, limpeza semanal oferecida pelo condomínio, pessoal da recepção muito gentis. Ponto negativo: Piscina no último andar, mas muito pequena. e rasa. Como sou de São Paulo, senti falta de uma padaria estruturada e grande perto do apartamento. Os Bancos SANTANDER, BANCO DO BRASIL ficam longe.

Férias em Maceió
Já conhecemos Maceió de outras viagens. Praias "fora do roteiro" merecem ser visitadas, e se você tiver tempo, fugindo dos passeios vendidos na praia. Fomos a Paripueira, Dunas de Marapé, Praia do Saco, Prainha de Barra Nova e encontramos tranquilidade para ficar o dia inteiro sem vendedores te abordando a toda hora. Maragogi, Gunga, Barra de São Miguel e Praia do Francês já eram praias conhecidas. O imóvel está muito bem equipado e localizado, perto do calçadão, supermercados, padaria, farmácia, etc. Choveu no 1º dia. Tem internet e smartv que dá pra sobreviver à falta de sol, se necessário, com um netflix de última hora. Vale muito a pena. Aprovado.

O Flat é exatamente igual as fotos, pra quem tem receio em fechar pela internet, eu recomendo, estou pensando em voltar e indico pra qualquer pessoa, me senti muito segura na escolha e contrato com os donos. A localização é ótima, perto de tudo, farmácias, supermercados, caixa eletrônico. Andando pouco metros já está na orla e encontra várias vans de turismo, com vários passeios que você pode agendar para os dias seguintes. O flat fica perto de vários bares na praia, dá pra ir a pé tranquilo no Lopana e Kanoa, a feirinha de artesanato é quase na frente, pode aproveitar e fazer várias compras, lembrancinhas, saídas de praia, chapeús, bijuterias etc. Não tive nenhum problema, negociação tranquila e segura.

Apartamento excelente, ótima localização, de frente ao mar, bem equipado, com tudo que é necessário para uma estadia perfeita. Extremamente limpo e organizado e mais bonito do que nas fotos, aliás, tudo de muito bom gosto. Os proprietários muito prestativos e educados e os funcionários do prédio também, muito cordiais e prestativos. Recomendo e eu volto com certeza e me hospedar nele e não tenho senões. Apartamento decorado com bom-gosto, bem localizado; próximo a restaurantes, à feirinha de artesanato e do ponto de partida das jangadas. O supermercado próximo (Bompreço) é sofrível, mas atende ao básico. Uma surpresa agradável foi o Centro Cultural Arte Pajuçara, a meia quadra do apartamento, com uma sala de cinema e uma de teatro. Vale a pena verificar a programação, principalmente do cinema. Colchão, travesseiros e roupa de cama atenderam bem às nossas expectativas. A academia do edifício não serve para nada. pudemos utilizar apenas os alteres, o restante não funciona, uma pena, pois como passamos um mês aí, acabamos ficando meio fora de forma.
