Estadia boa, com algumas considerações. O restaurante principal não tem vazão para saida da gordura, fritura que é feita no restaurante . Falta banheiro na piscina . O check in é meio dia e após este horário não é possível utilizar a piscina somente almoço n restaurante . Mesmo não consumindo, o que é muito comum Nos resorts do exterior . No geral atendimento muito bom . O café da manhã é excelente

A estadia foi muito boa. Precisam de atenção nas comidas, principalmente frutos do mar, pois minha esposa no último dia passou mal. Acreditamos ser a intoxicação, pois tinham outras pessoas passando mal no período que ficamos. Mas no geral ficamos satisfeitos.

Achei o hotel no geral muito bom. Os funcionários super receptivos e educados. Por ser novo, acho que precisa de algumas adaptações como por exemplo, eu não bebo refrigerante, então senti falta de suco da fruta que só era servido nas refeições. O restaurante com menu do chef não pude reservar pq só fiquei 3 noites e só reservam a partir de 4, acho q pelo menos 1 noite de reserva deveria ter direito. Achei o cardápio repetitivo tb. A comida é muito saborosa. No geral eu recomendo, como minha primeira experiência em resort gostei bastante.

Infelizmente choveu dois dias numa temporada de cinco dias. Isto foi muito importante para uma avaliação de satisfação porque o resort não tem áreas de lazer cobertas para a totalidade dos hóspedes. Só nos restava ficar nos quartos.

Por ser novo você já tem um ganho, porém além de problemas como o vaso colado na pia, se a pessoa tiver acima do peso será desconfortável demais usá-lo, o ralo não suporta escoar a água que cai do chuveiro ( mas o chuveiro é ótimo), só alaga muito rápido. A vodka Absolute não é servida na piscina, a quantidade de guarda sol não é suficiente na praia, a recepção não é tão cordial assim, no turno da manhã é tarde. No mais muito rígidos sem necessidade. Vou colocar aqui para que possam melhorar, por ser novo, sempre tem ajustes. No mais comida, entretenimento e piscinas tudo ok. Vale conhecer.

Lugar incrível. Momentos especiais
Experiência incrível, do checkin ao checkout foi tudo maravilhoso. Não tenho nenhum ponto negativo a falar. O atendimento dos funcionários mostra a preocupação que o hotel tem em treinar bem seus funcionários. A estrutura é muito boa e a alimentação e bebidas com boa variedade e saborosos. Fui muito bem acolhido com minha família, meu filho adorou as tias da recreação e com certeza voltaremos em breve.
