Cheaper alternative to the resort but with caveats
Great alternative if you want to access the resort facilities, the building is a bit old and under some maintenance. There were some times we had to ask for towels and they needed to go to the laundry to get clean ones. The room service only do basic cleaning and fit the beds.

O hotel possui uma boa estrutura. Piscina ao lado da praia, café da manhã completo. Atendimento da recepção e funcionários deixa a desejar. Gostaria de deixar registrado minha insatisfação com a questão do final de ano. Eles estão cobrando R$750 por pessoa para a festa. Caso você não queira participar da festa, você perde o acesso a estrutura do resort a partir das 19h (mesmo que você tenha pagado a sua diária no hotel, não pagando a bagatela de 750 reais, você perde os seus direitos). Gostaria de entender se isso é justo para as pessoas que não querem participar da festa. Aliás, não sei se os donos do resort estão sabendo, mas estamos em época de pandemia e pelo volume de pessoas que eles estão alocando no local pequeno da festa, isso é aglomeração. Um absurdo.

O hotel é anexo ao Jatiuca Resort,que muito bonito,bem conservado,muitas atrações,piscinas lindas. Já o flat Slaviero deixa muito a desejar,tem partes mal conservadas,vidros quebrados,metais enferrujados e o serviço de quarto é péssimo,só depois de pedirmos o dia todo,passam no quarto,trocam as toalhas e retiram o lixo,apenas!! TV não pega quase nenhum canal,solicitamos manutenção inúmeras vezes e ninguém apareceu!!!!

Estrutura do hotel muito boa, mas, em um dia faltou energia no andar e o hotel fica bem ao lado de uma rua movimentada, ficando impossível dormir com o barulho do trânsito. Desci duas vezes 4 andares pela escada solicitando a troca do quarto e os funcionários do turno não fizeram a mínima questão em dar suporte. Só falavam que tava sendo resolvido e mesmo eu explicando que minha esposa estava gestante eles pouco se importaram.

Lugar muito bacana e bonito. I apartmento em si é antigo, com poucos detalhes que ajudam a ser cômodo. Sem copos, bem utensílios para qualquer refeição, sem rede para a sacada e mimos que fariam qualquer estadia melhor. Internet no quarto não funciona, nem com extensão do celular. Porém, apartamento espaçoso, cama bem confortável. Digna de hotel mesmo. Vista espetacular e atendimento de primeira. Funcionários bem sorridentes- tem mais vontade de serem prestativos do que realmente o são. Estrutura do resort fantástica. Café da manhã espetacular e Hulk como recreador realmente diferenciado. Quem puder fique no resort e não nas suítes.
