O ar condicionado nao funciona. Me hospedei 2 dias e passei mto calor no quarto. O banheiro tem mal cheiro de esgoto e nao há box, apenas uma cortina de plástico, que deixa o banheiro todo molhado. Tem um funcionário na recepcao bem mal-humorado, nos trata como se tivesse fazendo favor! Ah... e sem contar que eles so trocam as toalhas a cada 3 dias, um absurdo! Vc tem q ficar 3 dias usando a mesma toalha, ou entao vc paga pela troca. Nao voltarei a me hospedar!

hotels.com está de parabéns, não tive problema algum, já no hotel o atendimento no o check-up não gostei, os atendentes não trata os hóspedes bem, pelo menos foi isso que observei, Meu check in estava marcado para as 14:hs só foram me liberar para o quarto as 14: 40hs não só eu mais outras pessoas também.

Apenas razoável...
O hotel é bem localizado. O café da manhã é bom. Fora isso, temos funcionários mau humorados (em especial os que cuidam do café da manhã). Infiltrações no prédio e também no quarto que ocupei. A imagem da TV (um pequeno monitor) é ruim. Hotel pra quem quer gastar pouco e não faz questão de muito conforto.
