O imóvel possui uma excelente localização, com uma belíssima vista para a praia de pajuçara, as acomodações são bem confortáveis e com todos os utensílios para a estadia.

Fomos muito bem recebidos quando chegamos. O apartamento é limpo, arejado e tranquilo. Tinha tudo que precisávamos e que está descrito no anúncio. Tem um mercado, farmácia e restaurantes perto. Sentimos falta de uma boa padaria. A feira de artesanato é pertinho. Ficamos muito satisfeitos! Agradecemos a Leila e a Rosângela ( super simpática)

O apartamento é muito bom. As fotos do site demonstram exatamente as condições do imóvel. Dona Leila é uma simpática e muito prestativa. O melhor de tudo é a localização: em frente as piscinas naturais de Pajuçara, uma bela praia para curtir o mar, perto da Feirinha do Artesanato, supermercado, farmácia, restaurantes. Reformado, limpo, mobiliado. Recepção calorosa.
O imóvel cumpre o que promete: excelente localização, reformado (tudo novinho), limpo, mobiliado (tinha tudo o que a gente precisava e o que não tinha a senhora que assessora a proprietária nos levou - por exemplo, cafeteira, mais toalhas de banho, etc.). Não possui suíte, mas já estávamos cientes disso. Um banheiro é amplo e outro é menorzinho, mas é possível utilizá-lo sem problemas. O prédio é antigo, porém é calmo, silencioso e limpo. A recepção (pela assessora) e a atenção da proprietária foi calorosa. Certeza de boa estadia e tranquilidade durante todo o tempo.

Muito bom!
O apartamento é muito bom, exatamente como nas fotos. Atende todas as necessidades de quem está hospedado, pois está bem equipado, com instalações completas. Aliás foi recentemente reformado, então tudo está novinho. A localização é ótima e de fácil acesso, próximo a supermercados, padarias, farmácias, ótimos restaurantes, sorveterias, sem falar na feirinha da Pajuçara que é muito próxima ao apartamento. No prédio, tem um galeria com várias lojinhas, além de um espaço cultural "Centro Cultural Arte Pajuçara" que vale a pena visitar , em especial para quem curte um cinema mais consciente e menos comercial. A Leila, proprietária do apartamento foi muito prestativa, atenciosa e simpática conosco, bem como a Dona Maria Neze que nos prestou atendimento em Maceió. Com certeza ao voltar à Maceió, ficaremos no mesmo lugar. Recomendo a todos.
