He is extremely proactive with communication to see to the needs of his guests and has stocked the common areas of the house with items for use or purchase. The rooms are spotless, and Louie is extremely polite and informative with suggestions on dining and sightseeing. You can tell he takes pride in his business, and he should! "

"I selected this lodging because it is literally the only place to stay in Ravenna, and because I like antiques. This B&B exceeded my expectations. It is lovely, comfortable, warm and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. I had fun exploring the rooms and taking in all the antique furniture and art and collectibles. "The VRBO was super clean with easy access. There were a couple things to be aware of. the bed is super sqeeky, any movement will be squeeks. Second, the walls are super thin and can hear every noise, party, and music going on until 1:30 am. "

"The hosts were delightful and very welcoming. The Rooms and bathrooms were all updated and very nice as well. The lower floor's asthetic was more cluttered, but I was told that they were working on remeding that. TBH, it reminded me of my Grandparents farmhouse. My wife and I would stay there again; my teenage daughter, not so much. "

"First they should advertise free parking with this unit, that's a plus. The bad side: They never reached out with the code to get in, I had to call. They gave us the wrong address. They gave us the wrong code to get in the building. The door to the unit had dead batteries and we had to wait 45 minutes for someone to let us in. The pillows were flat. The towels were small and cheap."
