The landlord didn’t send plumber to fix it so we had to mop the floor every morning after 3 nights the plumber fixed and Mario did not keep his words to move us to other rooms. "Had an amazing stay staff went over and above to help with a recommendation for local restaurants etc . The manager Alessandro was on site checking with guests to ensure they were ok. Only negative being off season the breakfast service could be slow ( maybe better to have coffee machines rather than individual orders) . Many Thanks for a wonderful week. "

"Beautifully renovated grounds and rooms, and wonderful staff. A quick 10 min drive into Ostuni. There was a slight issue on the first night and they were very quick to resolve the issue. Vanessa the sommelier gave us a great wine tasting. Had a great relaxing stay. "

"Il trullo è molto bello e nel centro di alberobello. Tutte le attrazioni si visitano a piedi e la massima distanza è il trullo sovrano a 10 minuti a piedi. La stanza aveva anche un giardino interno molto carino che da sul panorama. La colazione accettabile con possibilità di dolce e salato. Il signore al check in è stato molto gentile e ci ha fornito diverse informazioni su dove mangiare e sui musei. Unico punto negativo: la tassa di soggiornio deve essere pagata cash e non con carta.
