The house was renovated in August 2024 and is located in the heart of Campagnano – in the small square known as "Il Pozzo" – within a historic building dating back to the 1600s. Since the 1960s, three generations have lived here, and it is said that Giuseppe Solera, Giuseppe Verdi's librettist, composed "Va Pensiero" here – a piece proposed as the Italian anthem but never officially adopted.
The holiday home is on the first floor of a two-story building and is easily accessible by car up to the front door (for loading and unloading).
It boasts an excellent panoramic position with a private 42 sqm terrace, where you can enjoy breathtaking views, a different sunset every evening, and all the privacy you need, thanks to privacy curtains.
The house is fully furnished and equipped:
A 16 sqm living room with a sofa bed for two people.
A 5 sqm kitchen.
A 16 sqm bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
A 5 sqm bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle, along with a small peninsula.
The living room, which opens onto the terrace with a lake view, features a dining table for four and a sofa bed (133*192 cm open), which can be set up in seconds.
The house has WiFi and a wide variety of books: book crossing is welcome – if you like a book, feel free to take it as long as you leave another one.
There are toys for small children in the living room cabinet.
Cycling enthusiasts can park their bikes on the terrace and/or in the building’s shared gallery (unmonitored parking).
Next to the house is a free public parking lot with a disabled parking space, and additional parking spots are available a few hundred meters away along the main road. In the "upper part" of the village, about 300 m from the house, there is a playground and more parking spaces.
Pets are welcome, as long as they respect the house's spaces.
