"The place is clean BUT, all the necessities that you needed is not provided, no soap, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towel etc. Pool is close at 8pm, what the heck your on vacation and after a long day outside you want to relax on the pool but it is close. And one more thing no air conditioning, you have to pay 5euro/day. All of these should have provided with no extra cost. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Riva Sea apartments. We went in May and it was so quiet, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time! The play area was wonderful for our 2 children aged 3 and 6 and we enjoyed lots of strolls to the beach close by. We also ate in the local area most nights, there aren’t that many but we still had fantastic meals every time. Giulio and Eliana were very helpful during our stay, both lovely people :) "

"San Vito is a must visit place. This property was ok. Not really like it shows in the pics (taken when it was built). Currently it needs a revamp as there are obvious signs of wear and tear. But the price was ok for what it is. Located 5-8 mins walk from the beach. We were giving a parking permit to park on the street. Communication was good, however punctuality was missing on checking as I waited for 40mins for someone to show up with keys. "

"Property was clean. Having an additional outdoor shower was really nice as it was spacious and clean. Owners were friendly. Location was good. Multiple air conditioners which were needed. Parking closeby which was good. We had advised about a clogged sink in the bathroom which did not get resolved although they did take care of us to make up for it. "We stayed two different times with Gaspar and Nancy. What a lovely property. It is steps from the beach. It has everything including washer. The air conditioning worked well. Its so perfectly located and it includes parking which is essential in san vito. The hosts were welcoming and very accomodating. We would stay again and again here. We absolutely loved The lighthouse and the Moon!"
