"Maison avec une décoration très datée. Douche: eau soit glacée soit bouillante ! Pas de climatisation.... On y etouffe!!! Horrible pour dormir (même si deux ventilateurs mis à disposition) Le train passe à partir de 4h du matin juste derrière la maison et siffle car gare à 1km. "

"This was a great place for our first “home” in Spain after moving to Empuriabrava on a long term visa. The house was small and efficient with a washer and clothes line. The property has a continuous wall and locking gate so it was perfect for our dogs. Thee are also a pair or cushy patio chairs to enjoy the wonderful weather and Tramuntana winds. "petite maison de village sans jardin très propre et calme .stationnement difficile et aléatoire mais de nombreux parkings gratuits dans un rayon de 500 mètres. le bain à remous n'existe pas dans cette maison , peut être aux thermes et payant ?il faudrait le préciser sur la fiche sinon cela frise l'arnaque. le nombre de photos sur l'annonce est insuffisant de toute façon , c'est la faiblesse d'ABRITEL en général"

"We spent a very long weekend (5 nights) in Port Vendres. The property has all necessary facilities, however it is quite tired and would benefit from a deep clean and re-decoration. Also, it is a pitty there is no view of the sea from the house, however a few seconds walk and the stunning views across to the jetty are all exposed. The house benefits from being a little out of the way with no passing traffic (pedestrian or car) hence very tranquil. The house is well placed for many stunning walks...

"We were very happy with the house itself but disappointed with the outdoor area as we had hoped to enjoy eating out there. Unfortunately perhaps not appropriate in September with all the trees and plants in the gulley below we were badly bitten. Lov ed the village and restaurants/bars there."

"Unser Urlaub in Frankreich war sehr schön. Besonders angenehm war die Übernahme und auch wieder die Übergabe des Hauses.Das Haus war wie im Inserat beschrieben, aber auch nicht mehr. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden zB. Staubsauger oder auch eine richtige Pfanne. Ein kleiner Tipp: Das Haus braucht liebevolle Pflege und würde es damit aufwerten !"

Aanraders: Collioure, Cadaqués, Girona, Paulilles, kustweg tussen Banyuls-sur-Mer en Cap de Cerbère. Misschien een kleine tip voor de eigenaars van de woning? In de badkamer en toilet, een klein vuilbakje en een groot handdoekenrek beneden in de badkamer."
