We arrived and were put into a property which was entirely different to the one we had booked. The next day when we informed the woman, Michele, who had shown us to our property, she seemed to feel we were being unreasonable. She said there was a problem with the one we booked and surely we should appreciate having somewhere to stay. We were put in a mid terrace chalet which was very old. It was clean. On contacting David, the onsite manager, we were treated with more respect. He took full blame and told us we could move to our original property as it was now ready. After unpacking the previous night, this was time consuming. When we asked Michele when we could move in, she said she had to clean the property and it would be done when it was done. When we were leaving, we had to contact Michelle and wait for her to check the chalet (which we left extremely clean. She admitted this) before we received our deposit. When we asked when she would be available to inspect the chalet she said if I got off the phone, she'd be a lot quicker. She was rude on a number of occasions and claimed I had raised my voice to her. Totally untrue. Strangely, she tried to be friendly at other times. We would certainly never go back.
