"Very friendly and helpful receptionists. I didn’t get the name of the day guy but night was Rami. Both were super helpful. It looks further on the map but it is literally 5 mins slow walk from the visitor’s center and entrance to petra and 1-2 minutes further from Jett bus. But the hotel and shopping street is small n right across the center."

"The only down side was thatbthe pool and spa facilities werent available as it was technically still winter when we visited. The location is walking distance to the petra visitors centre and tourism street where you can visit the many little cafes. The staff are the best ive met in every area of the hotel. I highly recommended this property. "

"We loved our time in Wadi Rum at the Wild Oryx Camp! We wish we had stayed longer than one night. Eid treats his guests like family and our experience was personalized and tailored to our preferences. Our daughter had a blast riding around in the truck on the tour and also getting to ride a camel for the first time. As a vegetarian, I was so pleased with the food available and everything was delicious. The bubble tents were spacious and tucked away, so it felt like you were literally the only ones in the desert. We look forward to going back and staying again one day!"
