No elevators & steep circular stairs. Pavement outside was extremely uneven & as it was raining, lots of deep puddles & mud. Room was basic and set up like a dormitory style. The hotel is ranked 4 star and did not meet expectations at all."

"Very satisfied with apartment it exceeded our expectations. However the details provided were not very good for gaining access and getting the key. We were sent to one garage to collect keys and found it deserted - another garage was being used. Once that was sorted though everything was great. The inclusion of a sauna added that little finesse. Unfortunately I have not been able to contact the apartment since to find out if any jewellery been found that I have lost while staying there "
