"The house is in a nice neighborhood and very convenient to town. 10-15 minutes gets you to Paia, North Shore beaches, Twin Falls, and even Makawao. It was plenty of living space for a family of 6. We were glad to be able to invite my brother's family over as guests as well. John is maintaining this property while living in a separate house on the lot. "So much to see and do up here. Winery, high quality coffee shops and restaurants are all within 15 mins. Not to mention a huge time savings driving to Haleakala and Hana. Many farms to tour from tequila to chocolate to honey and friendly people everywhere. "This location was great for island access. The rooms and beds were quite comfortable. Lots of fans to make the condo cooler in the afternoon, if needed. There is a local beach that is within walking distance, either take the sidewalk or scoot along the beach shore. The parking pass was easy to figure out. The door lock, not quite as quick. The condo could use a good scrubbing in the kitchen at the sink and showers in the bathrooms but still a great stay. "
