"I stayed at Casa Lila for a week and had a wonderful time. I loved my room. Very nice breakfast (delicious fresh orange juice). Very nice terrasses. Great location. The staff is lovely and very helpful. I visited the in-house spa and hammam twice. It's not cheap but it was wonderful. I recommend whole heartedly this place and would visit again. Salam and shokran everyone at Casa Lila!"

"The rooms are stunning and beautiful with the tile mosaics and artwork along with the rooftop for sunset and dinner! We were lucky to enjoy live entertainment while having a delicious dinner by the tiled wall overlooking the ocean. Also enjoyed an included breakfast with amazing service. Be ready to climb some stairs and quirky bathrooms. Great location within the Medina and would highly recommend! Thankyou"

"A little hard to find but like all Riads it looks rough outside but was quite nice inside. Considering the age of most of them it’s amazing. Definitely not what people would call 1st class but comfortable"

"We only spent one night in the superior suite room 7, but it was one of the best places and rooms we have ever stayed whilst travelling abroad. The staff are all extremely friendly, welcoming and warm, the room was very clean and smelt amazing, the bed and bedding is the most comfortable I've ever slept in, the soaps and lotions are devine, the location is excellent right in the centre of the Medina, the breakfast was delicious and the jams homemade. Everything was just fabulous. "

"Dar Cherazade is very walkable to all tourist attractions. It’s only ten mins from the beach, 2 mins from rampants & about to to La Skala & the fishing port. You are right in the Medina. The property was very clean & quiet with beautiful views of the ocean. It is windy in essaouira but the beach side is a lot less & you can rent beach beds for 2.50€ pp for a full day on the first spot on the beach. Thanks to the staff & Imad for help with our bags & lovely breakfast & room cleaning. "

"We enjoyed 3 nights at this beautiful riad, they were so welcoming and kind. We had a light dinner the first night as we were tired from our drive. They were happy to accommodate us and the food was delicious. We had the panoramic room that had a lot of stairs to get to it but the views and privacy were great. We would recommend this place when staying in Essaouira."

"It is an ok place for what you pay. If you are young and want to have a safe and relatively comfortable place to stay this is good, but if you are in your 50s and 60s nd want a more comfortable nicer side of things then this is not the place for you. The location is in Medina so that is good in terms of centrality but the streets in Medina are dirty and you will find piles of trash on your way to the riad, the smell, the noise late into the night all of that comes with this choice. "

"Loved this Riad, I would only suggest that the breakfast is the weakness, jam and bread is not a continental breakfast, no eggs, cheese, or meats, This is the only negative on the service. The roof terrace was also disappointing and well below expectation. So in summation, the riad is beautiful, and my message to te RIAD is - my room was great and your staff are great, but you need to improve the quality of your breakfast, and put some thought into landscalping and updating your roof terrace. "

"Formidable séjour au Riad des Nomades. Le site est enchanteur dans la magnifique ville d’Essaouira. Le personnel a été plus qu’accueillant, nous préparant le repas à notre goût, donnant des conseils pour l ville et discutant ouvertement avec nous. Rien à redire sur de Riad où nous retournerons sans aucun doute avec les enfants dans un futur voyage "

"The staff (especially the kitchen staff) were amazing. Never seen such service and politeness anywhere else and i been all around the world. Very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Rooftop dining with the ocean all around is an experience in itself. The only negatives are only 1 channel on tv. "

"This Road is a gem. Absolutely beautiful and tastefully decorated. The staff and owner are delightful and extremely helpful. The Riad has steps to all the rooms as is typical and a terrace where breakfast is served. The breakfast is delicious with fresh bread, eggs, pastries and homemade preserves. "

"Bonjour, je n’ai jamais pu joindre le gérant que ce soit par mail ou par téléphone. Alors que j’ai envoyé un message via votre application dès le premier jour de ma réservation pour prévenir que j’avais fait une erreur et annuler. C’est absolument inadmissible !! Et je compte bien joindre votre direction en vue d’obtenir un remboursement intégral !!! Sans quoi jamais plus je n’utiliserai vos services et votre application !!!"

"Nous avons passé le week-end dans ce logement d Essaouira. 10 personnes dont 6 enfants de 5 a 16 ans. Tres bien situé et très bien équipé pour les petits et les grands nous avons passé un agréable sejour. Dans l hyper centre de la Médina il suffit juste de descendre pour trouver des restaurants pour le repas comme pour le petits déjeuner servi toute la matinée a quelques mètres. Nous avons également demande à Charifa de nous préparé un tajine de poisson pour le premier soir, qui est à l ecoute...

"Très grand, très propre, confortable, super accueil. Une seule chose, si vous avez beaucoup de bagages, ça peut être difficile car il faut se stationner à l’extérieur des murs et marcher à l’intérieur pour accéder au Riad."

Tribute to Color and Art
